I have forward head posture (FHP). As a result, when I work in the office, people sitting in front of me think I’m looking at them. I hold a higher position, yet juniors and sometimes even colleagues of the same level or gender misunderstand my gaze.
I can’t even look at my mobile because of my FHP — it appears as if I’m staring at them. This is causing me extreme stress. No one around me knows what FHP is, and even when I try to explain it, they just laugh.
I’m losing respect at the office and in my personal life because of this. Am under immense stress. My activities have changed because of this, i talk less, leave group chats etc. This now affecting mentally.
Has anyone faced a similar issue? How did you overcome it?
