Hi everyone,

I have been building my profile for an EB-1A petition and am now considering moving from my current cap-exempt employer to a for-profit employer that may be willing to sponsor an O-1 visa.

Has anyone gone through a similar transition? I would really appreciate any advice or insights on the process. In particular, I’d like to better understand the common challenges involved and what typically makes an employer willing to sponsor an O-1 visa.
