Saw this just now across a few news articles. Yesterday, it was said there would be no hike in import duty! Are we expecting an overall hike then?

I used to recharge the 1499 plan where BSNL gave 24 GB of data for 365 days with unlimited calls. The plan has now been revised to 300 days.

My question is, does BSNL carry forward the remaining data to the next year like VI? Please let me know if anyone is aware.
