Hi everyone,

I'm an EU citizen who has been a Portuguese resident for 5+ years.
I got my AIMA appointment to get my permanent residency card a while ago already, but they got me one in Béja, two hours from where I live in Lisbon, while there is an AIMA office less than half an hour walking from me. A friend who lives nearby got her appointment in Lisbon.

I have been emailing them for months to ask to reschedule to Lisbon, without any success.
Whatever I try, I am unable to log into the AIMA portal. It doesn't recognize my email, my CRUE number, or anything else.

I've tried filling in the contact form to no avail.

Has this happened to anyone? Does anyone know how I could gain access to the platform or any other way I could get an appointment in Lisbon?

Descobri recentemente que tenho um aneurisma cerebral não rompido. Ainda estou à espera de alguns resultados de exames esclarecedores e agradecia muito se me pudessem recomendar neurocirurgiões (ou neuroradiologista intervencionista) especializados em aneurismas cerebrais em Portugal, para que eu já possa marcar uma consulta. Seria ainda melhor se fossem em Lisboa, mas estou disposto a viajar.

O meu neurologista recomendou-me alguém, mas é alguém do mesmo hospital, por isso não é necessariamente um dos melhores especialistas.

Se tiverem experiência com alguém, adoraria saber mais sobre isso.

1. Descobri-o quando fiz uma ressonância magnética porque o padrão das minhas enxaquecas mudou. O aneurisma não tem nada a ver com as minhas enxaquecas. Simplesmente tive «sorte» por ter de fazer uma ressonância magnética ao cérebro e foi assim que o descobriram.
2. Tenho um seguro privado e, até agora, só fui a hospitais privados. Estou um pouco preocupado com os tempos de espera nos hospitais públicos.
