Insane cramps while running.
I’m a new runner and researching ways to stop my feet from cramping while running. I barely make it a 100m before I have to walk not because I’m winded but because my feet feel like they are revolting. How can (if it can) barefoot running help me? Or am I just screwed? How long before muscles adapt?
