Okay so, I dont know if this is actually the correct place to bring this to but here we go.
This subject is about spirits/entities.
Ever since I was young I could sometimes see past the veil. When I got older I began being able to tune in feeling when something is there. (I would describe it as the feeling that of being watch but warm and as if Electricity is flowing through parts of the body) but i have never heard anything... that is until today.
But what i experienced with it was so odd to me.
First i had fallen back asleep for a bout 15mins while cuddling my cat (im not even sure i even fully fell back asleep) when I'm suddenly jolted awake.
An image flashes in my head. A humanoid figure enveloped by shadow because it standing in front of a golden light which is surrounded by darkness. I then felt a very strong presence behind me. As if they were leaning over me. I didn't move and pretended to be asleep. When whatever it was spoke directly into my ear. ( all I could make out was there 3-5 word said that we're so heavily gargled I couldn't understand anything) when it spoke my cat also freaked out.
(I think its worth noting that typically my mental thoughts either dont manifest of are faint outline as if sketched with pencil. Additionally with i dream ints almost exclusively in gray scale. worth noting that it was already close to 7 am so plenty of daylight for where I am)
I dont think this entity was malevolent. Because after my initial fear i realized ther was no icy feeling, bad vibes of, pity in my stomach.
Does anyone any ideas what this could have been?
Or how I can actually train these senses to see hear or feel more consistently or accurately
