My past efforts with Falathlorn house and kinship house just feel like stuff in a space, and I felt like I had to sacrifice rooms to be bare so that I could have enough hooks serve each room. Plus, going for an elven theme, I just didn't find enough different things to use. This all exacerbated my initial struggle of how to do the home decorating thing in the first place. Help!

What are the best resources or tips from people that have houses that feel like lived-in places that are genuine homes for their toons?
