Hello! So as long as I can remember I cannot burp. The croak as yall call it, happens all the time, though I've been calling it "my dinosaurs" since I was little. I would very rarely have the teeniest tiniest burp, like once every couple months or less? No one could hear when it happened and sadly they give no relief. I am fortunate in that I don't get too much discomfort from my condition. I do get a very full feeling but no real pain. I think this is due to the gas going back down very quickly and finding another exit, so not much build up? I'm unsure as I have never talked to a doctor about it. I thought I was the only person like this until a couple years ago when I looked up if anyone else can't burp.

Anyways, my point is that my condition has been the same and consistent my entire life. That is, until a couple weeks ago. I was sitting on my couch watching TV when I burped... not a micro burp, I mean, taste bad, smell bad, real burp. I was so shook I called my mom immediately to tell her. I figured it was just a freak incident. Until it happened again and again. I'm consistently burping every day now! It's not like a belch but more like a back of the throat burp, if that makes sense? However, it's still relieving gas! Their also becoming larger, which is honestly jarring when it happens. The croaks (my dinosaurs) are still frequently happening like normal. I took to looking up if this can happen, a sudden change, as if cured. I guess it's extremely rare without medical intervention? I cannot figure out what has changed. I'll be really sad if it goes away. Though, I must say burps are unpleasant in taste and smell!

I just wanted to share my story. Not sure if anyone else has experienced this on here or not. Thanks!
