Hi, I purchased my first water bath canner because im extremely excited to can. I have a recipe, strawberry lemon jam (and im adding lavender extract cuz that's how I roll), jars, everything. I just need tips. Im nervous about it, I don't want to mess it up 😅 any advice is greatly appreciated!
