I pulled her for her design and play style and I like her a lot. I have read that wall of text that is her kit and I think I understand it, mostly. But Snow rust still baffles me. Can someone please explain to me how she gains it and what changes at S3? Like I am a toddler, please. Also, where can you see her Snow rust stacks on her gauge?
