Bonjour,

PS: Je suis à Patte d'oie.

If life were a company, do you think you’d have a strong enough CV to get hired?

And even if you did, would your skills actually help you survive and grow once you're in.

What do you think are the fundamental skills someone needs to stay on their feet and keep going through everything life throws at them?

Hi everyone,

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about motivation especially for people in their 30s. How do you keep yourself going when work starts to feel repetitive, or when life in general feels a bit heavy?

For those who live alone far of family , I’m also really curious: how do you structure your days outside of work? Do you follow a routine, plan activities, or just take things as they come?

Personnaly, i've been feeling stuck in a loop for a while now. My days are basically just scrolling on my phone, and sleeping. It’s been a long time since I’ve had any real hobbies or activities, and I can feel how much it’s affecting my motivation and overall energy.

On top of that, I alwaus struggle with staying strong when facing life’s problems. How do you keep your mindset steady during tough times? What helps you stay resilient and not lose motivation when things don’t go as planned?

I’d really appreciate hearing about your routines, habits, or even small things that help you stay motivated, grounded, and mentally strong.
