Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug? No matter how many eggs I breed I cannot get hp to be 31. Every single egg that has a 29 average has these exact IV. This also happened with larvitar, the HP IV never went over 21. I just don’t understand how or why. I am breeding with a max IV Ditto with a destiny knot.
