Hey everyone,

I've got a culture fit interview coming up with a German company and honestly, I'm a bit anxious because I've never been through one before. All my previous interviews have been technical or pretty standard HR chats, so this feels like new territory.

If anyone has been through this, especially expats or non-Germans who interviewed at German companies, I'd really appreciate your experience. Also open to book/resource recommendations if you have any.
