Hey everyone! I'm working on an article regarding drug shortages in Oman, and I would like to know what do you think about this, have you dealt with a drug shortage before?

According to a number of reports (1, 2, 3) I found on the internet, there were indeed multiple drug shortages. This article from Oman Observer mentions that the modest local pharmaceutical industry plays role in this, as shortages occur due to problems in supply chains.

The available public data regarding this matter is very little, I couldn't find any official stats other than the quoted high percentages of dependence on imports. I would be so grateful if I get insights from people who are living in Oman and deal with the healthcare system!
