Made two mint choc cheesecakes
V1 (Andes): a layer mint choc (essentially a chocolate bar) ontop with hershey drizzle ontop, mint cream with choc chips, pistachio milk choc with mint oreo bits, and a mint oreo heavy and pistachio crust.
V2 (Breyers Mint choc): A funnel shape of mint cream with chco nibs ontop and hazelnut dust, and a sombrero shaped layer of hazelnut choc with mint oreos (no crust). No cut in pic because my aunt dropped it on the floor, was my brother's bday gift turned into mint chip pudding🫤.
Both best out of the freezer and quite dense.
