When I complete missions and level up the units the missions are related to, for example, Tactical Warfare Unit, when I go then to the Supply Stations, I see I'm unlocking the items I already have. For example, as I leveled up the unit, I have unlocked GTI helmet (purple) multiple times, despite the fact I already had access to it and used it many times. So, what exactly am I unlocking? Is it better values, like hearing range, for the same item or what?

I have about 100 dog tags ranging from 105K to 2M gear value. Can I submit them all or just a specific number of them, and if I'm allowed to submit only once, then I should submit only the highest value dog tags, correct?

Regardless of you use Hackclaw or another operator, the Silent Steps ability just reduces the noise, but it doesn't matter, because you can be heard.

I had someone using the ability on me in the Administrative Building in Zero Dam. I was able to hear every single step, with noise clearly changing direction source as they were coming closer to me.

So, if you can be heard anyway, what's the point of that ability? If someone uses a high-quality gaming earbuds, there is no difference between using Silent Steps or straight up running.

Am I missing something?
