Missing game points- Reached out for help
Reached out to support for my missing milestone points on bingo blitz (play 120mins for 5 days 5099 points)
Got a response asking if I’ve had them manually add points for this issue before and if so, they cannot do it again.
First, this is my first time having this issue and reporting it but secondly, how the heck is it my fault if this happens again and why should I lose help and manual point addition should this take place again?
How can they be allowed to do this?
