I sold tickets on the resale platform in December. Beginning of February they contacted me that the refund to the saved credit card I bought tickets with on the official fifa website didn’t go through. That was already sus. It took me a couple of weeks to update my information in the refund portal cause I was really busy in February but I eventually did it and added my Canadian bank account. Still nothing happened. I started to call FIFA once a week asking for an update. Today, I finally received an answer saying that my refund bounced back AGAIN! There’s simply no way I entered my payment information wrong. It’s really really frustrating and I really don’t know what to do anymore
