Broght my laptop to the repair and after a month or so. They said they changed termopaste and cleaned it. Didn't really fix the issue, but I was too busy to contact the place and bring a laptop back there. Plus didnt have any money if they would additionally charge me.

I opened it to clean it up today because it started overheating like crazy. And there is thermopaste overflowing. The battery wasn't secured with screws.

I have limited knowledge of laptops. So, I would like to ask if this is messed up or if I am overreacting?

Do I contact the repair for additional clean-up?
