I have had this verified from Daupe!. They confirmed it is a legitimate promo copy and that there are "less than 20" to exist.
They also confirmed that all Promo copies belonged to artists from the album.

I ordered this in release and couldn't bring myself to open it after seeing I received number 007.
Absolutely insane album but again I feel like this would be appreciated more by someone else.
Totally sealed, hasn't been touched since it was delivered.
