So I got acceptance from Ku Leuven ( faculty of social sciences) I have applied for student halls but didn’t receive any confirmation yet! I have started looking at placed at kotwijis but I have this question about deposit amount how do we finalise the place since the agreement needs to be signed and that can happen when we’re in Belgium so the amount will also be paid when i get the keys there?
