Specs:

- 9 cl. Pineapple juice
- 6 cl. Tequila blanco
- 3 cl. Lime juice
- 1.5 cl. Couintreau

Shake with ice. Strain over a large cube into a salt rimmed glass. I opted for no garnish, but a lime wheel and/or pineapple wedge would work well.
