I just moved into this new place and I get maybe 10-15 minutes of mediocre hot water at a time. Barely enough to wash dishes or shower, and I’m trying to figure out if it’s just a small tank issue or WHAT THE PROBLEM IS because laundry, showers, and dishes can’t be spread apart by however long it takes to heat the water (for it to again be slightly over lukewarm). Does it just need servicing? Replacement entirely?? Please help me!!

I’m no expert but I looked up the model on Richmond and it said tankless BUT THERES A TANK THERE SO LITERALLY WHAT IS GOING ONNNNNN.
