I was reading about online and I’ve seen some stuff on weed helping people with IBS especially those who are D or alternating.
I’ve seen that in the UK, IBS can qualify you for medical cannabis if you have had 2 or more treatments that haven’t worked.
I was wondering if anyone here uses it (legally or illegally, I’m not here to ask that) and does it help them?
I have met a dead end with the NHS and I am tired of it. I cannot stand the pain and constant flares. I’m in agony and having to take days off work due to flares. I’ve tried everything from diet to over the counter to prescription medication and nothing has helped me. I’ve been suffering over 4 years and willing to try anything.
So, anyone use it either medically or recreationally for IBS? And how has it helped (or not helped) you?
