I have too much body fat for my small frame, so trying to figure out my macros and total calories I should be consuming. I’m 40/f weigh 133, 5’3. My body fat is 32%, trying to put on muscle. I weight lift 4 times a week (roughly 24 sets per session, give or take). I know everyone is different but curious for those of you with similar size, what your calorie intake is? Thank you!
