Never buy clearance shoes from Xero. I made this mistake a few days ago. I received the shoes but it was half a number smaller. It says size 10 on the shoes but when I measured it against my other size 10 Xero shoes it was clearly shorter. When I contacted support they told me they are very sorry but it's my problem and they will not exchange nor refund. I guess it was the reason they sell these shoes as clearance. I am very disappointed and I hope you will learn from my mistake.
