Low conversion (0/11) vs. Fully Booked with Regulars - Need Advice on Mentor Meeting
Hi everyone, looking for some insight from fellow Novakid teachers.
I just got the dreaded 'Low Conversion' email suspending my access to new students. My stats are 0/11 for trials lately, but here’s the thing: I've been with the platform for 4 years, I have a Master's, and my schedule is currently 100% fully booked with regulars who have stayed with me for a long time.
I already finished the Step 1 'Methodology Booster' courses, and now I have to do the 30-minute Mentor Meeting. Honestly, I’m stressed about it because this job is my livelihood.
Has anyone with a full schedule of regulars gone through this? Did they actually threaten your contract, or is it just about 'fixing' the trial stats?
Is the mentor meeting a chill 'check-the-box' session, or is it a deep-dive manual review where they scrutinize everything (tech, etc.)?
How long after the meeting did it take for them to turn trials back on?
I really value being part of the team, but this 0/11 run has me paranoid about a manual review. Any advice on how to handle the mentor would be great.
