I don’t always want to barbecue so it would be nice to cook whatever meat in a pan. My issue is that I can’t ever get the stovetop/pan to the right temp. It’s always too hot or not hot enough
What can I do to fix this?
The brand new stove I have has low/simmer to 10 on the knob but no matter what you’re cooking it will burn if you put the it on medium or higher. Is there something wrong with the stove or is it just me?
