Can the bottom of this silver piece unscrew to drop the light bulbs down?
Trying to take the light bulbs out to find the replacements but the bottom piece doesn't seem to turn. I don't have a ladder tall enough to reach into the fixture but don't want to be too rough with it trying to turn that bottom nipple on the sliver part.
