Is this a native plant? Ohio 6b
I’m located in Cleveland, zone 6b, and I’m trying to understand if I have a massive issue on my hands, or if this is one of the native wildflowers I’ve been letting grow in a patch in my back yard.
Is this creeping buttercup or swamp buttercup? I don’t see pale splotches on the leaves, fuzzy stems, or root runners, so I’m hoping it’s the native swamp buttercup.
I’ve researched but still cannot be certain. Thank you!
