Has anyone who applied to this vacancy announcement heard back or had interviews?

I also heard that if selected, you need to go for training in Chicago. Are there any training dates floating around?? I understand this is a continously open vacancy with cut offs, but I have seen no posts on this so I thought I'd make one!
