I am looking to have my doctor fill out a Total and Permanent Disability Student Loan forgiveness form. I believe I meat all the requirements but I'm not sure how to go out about it. It doesnt make sense to just send the form via portal. She's not a specialist and is not aware of all of my limitations. So I feel like I should be there to help explain. But I don't wanna take a time slot from someone who needs an actual check up. Should I try to do via zoom or something?
