After 17 years, I’m finally moving into a new house. The old living room AV equipment is all being repurposed elsewhere (Pioneer plasma will gain new life in the garage gym).

I’m trying to figure out what type of setup to run in my living room. Based on the layout, I’ve been told that I should consider 2 stereo, center, and subs rather than the surround I had previously. Budget is flexible until I cry, but will probably focus on TV (98”) and speakers. TV will be in same spot as listing photos. Hoping some of y’all have some good advice.
