About 15 years ago, Ishukone-Raata Enforcement Directive (I-RED) was deployed to Syndicate after being issued orders by Ishukone following the Tukoss defection to the Minmatar Republic. Since then I-RED has focused on State expansion into the region.
A lack of direction from Ishukone means I-RED takes orders from CEP. CEP stands for Chief Executive Panel, which is the supreme ruling body of the Caldari State, composed of the CEOs of the top eight Caldari mega-corporations, which include Ishukone, Wykomi, and others.
In the wake of the Intaki-Syndicate disaster that continues to unfold, I-RED and allies are taking action to maintain law in Syndicate until Caldari governance can be established.
