Just started OUABH again now that I've read the Caraval trilogy (no spoilers please)
Just picked up this book again tonight to read from the beginning. I began reading it months ago only to realise it had some spoilers for the Caraval trilogy. So I put it down about 60 pages in to finish off the Caraval trilogy and come back.
I have to say, Stephanie Garber has become one of my favourite authors. Her style, her voice is so unique, and her writing is so beautiful and enchanting to read.
Finale left me in quite the book hangover, and I became completely obsessed with the world of Caraval and its characters, its world building, the fates, the mysteries behind everything. It was all so magical, and I was honestly a little sad to say goodbye
Luckily, I had already bought the Once Upon a Broken Heart trilogy, and tonight, I finally feel well enough to begin reading again. I am chronically ill with endometriosis, and I am quite sick right now, so reading books gives me that escape. These books make me feel like I am escaping into a fairytale...😍
I can not say enough how much I adore her books and how excited I am to finally be reading this series. I am only just reading it now, so no spoilers, please.
