I ordered from a store 2 and a half weeks ago. It is marked as packed but nothing is happening. First I messaged the seller who said it would be shipped a week ago. Now I messaged again and says it is possible it might be sent this week. The seller has not given any reason why it is taking so long. Should I file an NSS or give it a few more days?
