Hi all, I have been recently diagnosed with RA. I’m struggling with the diagnosis to be honest, I have all the symptoms but had negative blood work so part of me doesn’t believe it!
I have pretty severe hand pain and stiffness all the time in both hands. Feet and knees sometimes get bad but mostly they’re okay.
My rheumatologist started me on plaquenil, not working so far so next will be Methotrexate.
I’m tryinggggg an anti inflammatory diet, has anyone seen any improvement cutting out different foods like gluten and sugar??
Any tips or positive experiences would be so helpful and I’m pretty overwhelmed and nervous about starting new drugs.🙏🏼🙏🏼
I’m also still breastfeeding my twins so I have to wean if I try the next med. A lot of emotions. 😭
