Follow up email months later public sector jobs?
Is it improper to send a follow up email for roles in the public sectors. I’ve noticed that turn around times for public sector jobs can be a long time. I interviewed over a month ago isn’t it improper to send an email asking have they made a decision or should I take the silence after over a month as an answer?
