When we wanted to buy a water purifier for our new place we did all kind of research online and more or less every youtuber suggested the Native M2. Sharing my thoughts here cos I felt people hyped it way too much. Here are the pros and cons after 3 months of usage:
Cons:
The buttons are touch enabled and not physical buttons so they are tough to use especially if fingers are wet. Sometimes it does not detect the touch. A few times water has overflowed when trying to fill up a pot or cooker.
Since it is fully electric if there's no power water cannot be dispensed. A seprate UPS needs to be purchased and installed to be able to do so.
Pros:
No complaints as far as purification is concerned but it has been only three months.
When tank is emptied it fills up reasonable fast.
Tds, amount of water consumed etc. can be checked via the urban company app but honestly feel like that's just a gimmick.
I like the 1 litre button cos it fills all the fridge bottles well.
The bottom has a pull out stand where the bottle can be kept while being filled which I found useful.
