Used to eating freshly prepped meals. What would you recommend for meal prepping that's still good microwaved ?
One of the good things is that we have a slow cooker and often I put lunch in at the morning time and it's ready and warm for lunch.
Other times I prep a quick lunch on my lunch break (1 hour) but I don't always have the time to do that (sometimes my break is shorter or I really need to take a break and not cook) and most of the times 1 hour is not enough to make lunch and eat at peace.
My husband is a bit picky and if I don't prepare anything he orders food which I want to avoid as we need to save money.
Also if there's a portion left from what I've prepared yesterday most of the times he won't like to eat that. We have a microwave but he still doesn't want to eat yesterday's meals.
I guess my question would be, which meals are good frozen and microwaved ?
