what are the basic materials needed to start making my own pressons. I like having pretty nails, but I do a lot of activities(rock climbing, hiking, etc) that require me to have my nails short so I can’t get acrylics or other more permanent nail lengthening. i have a uv lamp and some old gel polishes what are some good brands for the base or other things i would need? thank you for any recommendations can’t wait to start :)

will the biotin in alani make my hair grow? i already get my daily 100% from my multivitamin. i was just wondering if it would make a difference?
