Hi everyone,

I recently received an offer from JPMorgan Chase for an SDE 2 role, with a joining date of 15th June.

The issue is that my current organization has my last working day set as 29th June. I’ve already tried negotiating for an early release, but there hasn’t been much progress so far.

Has anyone here been in a similar situation with JPMC India? Does HR usually agree to push the joining date by 2–3 weeks in such cases?

Would really appreciate any insights or experiences. Thanks!
