i’ve had my rumble 25 amp for a few years now, maybe 3 or 4. it started out great, exactly what i needed. nice clean sound, just portable enough. then maybe two years ago it started buzzing horribly to the point where i couldn’t even play. if i slapped the amp hard enough it’d go back to normal for a bit. today, it just died completely. not a single sound. i tried changing the input cord and it still didn’t improve. if i struck a string hard enough, it’d make an awful, tinny ‘brrwep’ sound for a second then right back to silence.
i’m looking for a replacement that is the same level of affordability and portability. i’m just a hobbyist who likes to play every now and then, so i don’t need someone huge or super professional.
