Strange Rash on 11yr olds face, neck and stomach. Derm says it’s Dermatographia

My daughter first experienced this rash on Feb 21st. It has gone away and came back several times since then. It strangely only covers her face and neck, and the part of her stomach between where her pants hit her waist and below the bra line. We have not changed detergents, soaps or anything environmental that we can think of that would cause this. No known food allergies. She did start her menstrual cycle in Jan which we think could possibly be related but not sure. We saw the derm last week and they diagnosed Dermatographia which I believe is incorrect. The patches do fade and become very light but I can still see them very faintly and they look like dry patches when dormant. These pics are when it becomes inflamed and normally lasts a day or two. She has severe springtime allergies and takes Singulair along with liquid antihistamines daily. Derms suggestion was to give more antihistamines. Any ideas?
