In exchange for giving up any and all talent in jujutsu sorcery, one becomes able to grow and develop all jujutsu sorcery and grow without limit. While it might take a normal sorcerer weeks or months to learn cursed energy reinforcement, someone with this heavenly restriction would take months or years to achieve even the most basic applications or sensing of cursed energy and curses. Without unshakeable will or putting in 100s of not 1000s of times the effort of a normal sorcerer, it is also impossible for someone afflicted with this heavenly restriction to survive the cruel world of jujutsu. In exchange for this abysmal talent, one becomes able to grow without limit. Unlike other sorcerers they can grow their reserveres of cursed energy, and even give their cursed energy a trait if they obsess or work extensively on something for a long period of time(say someone training with a sword for years making their cursed energy get a sharpness effect to it) by overcoming their limited talent they also gain the ability to create their own cursed technique. A cursed technique is a way of manipulating cursed energy. By being determined and working obstinately on a way to make your cursed energy do something it is technically possible to create a pseudo curse technique by manipulating your cursed energy in a specific way, the same way it can get a trait. Output can similarly be increased over time. Jujutsu sorcery is an almost unclimbable mountain where some are blessed to be born at the peak, by starting at the bottom with all your limbs broken, you have the potential to make it to the top.
