What should I do?
I am a 26 year old female. I am 5’3” and I started out around 185 lbs 3 weeks ago. After 3 weeks of a calorie deficit at 1471 calories, I am at 183.8. I am certain that I am tracking a calories correctly because I weigh most foods and I use two different apps to make sure the calories are correct. Admittedly, my step count is low (around 4300 although inaccurate because I only track by phone and it is not always on me) and I am not consistent in the gym. I get at least 1 workout in a week, which is obviously not enough. Still, I feel like my consistency with the deficit should’ve resulted in more weight loss than it has. What do I do? Do I continue with these caloric goals and try to amp up my steps and gym habits or do I increase my caloric deficit? I just want something to work.
