Does anyone know if my refund status will change over weekend/bank holidays from “not yet used” to “pending” or “issued”?
Any advice or updates appreciated

I recently contacted HMRC and was informed that I have a tax credit balance of a certain amount,However, when I log into my online account, it shows no balance reflecting this credit.
