

I posted a message in here a few days ago with a post about my snow dragon having a hole in its neck (this is the second time in 1 month that this has happened to me)
The first time I had ordered my bunny from the Europe website and they were very kind to give me a 50% refund, but the snow dragon I ordered on the German website because it was out of stock everywhere else. The German customer service doesn’t offer a discount but wants me to sent the dragon back, and will refund me when they are done investigating which could take a couple of days. So I would have no jellycat that I really wanted for over 6 months and I have no clue when I would be able to get my money back. What would you guys do?
