MCAS and fermented foods or probiotics, SIBO, Leaky gut

So i have many gut issues and could never tolerate kombucha's, fermented foods, probiotic supplements.
They would always cause extreme migraines that would have lasting effects beyond just a few days and autonomic dysfunction as well.

If those with MCAS and gut issues are intolerant to fermented foods and pre / probiotics then... how do MCAS sufferers even heal their gut / repopulate it with good bacteria while gently tampering down any "bad" opportunistic bacteria overgrowth?

I'm also curious on POIS and if anyone with MCAS here reactions from that have found a way to deal with it instead of just living with the misery that brings, please share your knowledge.

Enterro.overgrowth, leaky gut & complex co morbids...

disclaimer:
looking to gather some thoughts, experiences and opinions on a complex situation.
Not looking for medical advice — working with a naturopath and other practitioners. Just want to hear how others in similar spots have navigated this.

So i did a 360 g.i stool test a while back.
Overgrowth of enterrobactor complex and virtually no "good guys" left in the gut. Leaky gut / Increased Intestinal Permeability was also found and has gotten worse after some more recent testing.

Symptoms and everything have gotten alot worse of the past few months here. Always feeling horrible, several weeks of unrelenting reflux whether i was sitting, standing, lying down flat or elevated...

Which then turned into extreme bloating / distention in the abdomen including the upper abdomen. It is enough to push down on my diaphragm and make breathing difficult especially when lying down. I assume that's from indigestion and food fermenting... as eating did make it worse and could remain bloated for 8-15 hours or even into the next day.

Anyway,
I can't have fermented foods or normal probiotics as it always causes severe migraines that come with blindness and throwing up, loss of consciousness from the pain and that could go continue for several days being unable to eat anything at all and suffering a ton, and then still being messed up even worse even when vision comes back, and can keep food down.

My naturopath had the idea that maybe it's the prebiotic part of probiotics that might be causing the migraines. and that maybe we should cut down some of the numbers of the enterro while also trying to introduce probio's without the prebiotic, and then just eat prebiotic foods for whichever strains we introduce but.

It's a complex situation. My autonomic system among other things is already screwed so a die off reaction could (and has before) triggered emergencies. so i can't just cut of the enterro's food supply like that. unless there's some sort of stabilizing buffer that exists? that i'm not aware of.

And the food i can eat without getting sick is extremely limited i can count on both hands what can be eaten without getting sick... which is generally rice, bread, chicken or beef, lettuce, cucumber. Can eat onions as well but might be causing issues with fermentation idk.

Has anyone been in a similar situation?

Curious how others who can't tolerate fermented foods or probiotic products have approached this.

is there perhaps a way, other than just fermented foods and probiotic products? did anyone here focus on intestinal permeability first before anything else?

what was your experience?
