I’m looking for a jewelry brand that’s more affordable than Hey Harper, ideally offering gold and silver pieces that are as tarnish-resistant as possible, something to shower with. I’ve been buying from TJMaxx so far, but I don’t love all of their styles. Please note brand names or if it’s Etsy, then store name.

Hi everyone!

I’m traveling to the UK soon with my 1-year-old and trying to plan ahead for food. At home (in the US), we mostly give him fresh, home-cooked meals — we don’t really rely on packaged baby food or snacks.

For the trip, I’d prefer not to carry too much food with us and instead buy things locally from supermarkets like Tesco / Sainsbury’s / etc.

That said, I’m a bit cautious about typical packaged baby foods (especially shelf-stable ones), even if they say “organic” or “no added sugar.” From what I’ve read, a lot of pouches can still be quite processed, and sometimes high in natural sugars or low in nutrients.

So I wanted to ask parents in the UK or have travelled to UK:

Are there any brands/products you actually trust for babies/toddlers?

Any options that are:
minimal ingredients
no added sugar/salt
less processed / more “fresh” style
Are there refrigerated fresh meals (vs shelf pouches) that you recommend?

What do you typically feed your baby when traveling or out for the day?

Any go-to supermarket items that worked well for your baby?

I’ve heard a bit about brands like Ella’s Kitchen / Piccolo / Little Freddie etc., but also seen mixed opinions — so would love honest, real experiences.
